Donate Car in MN: School Car Donation Program

Donate car in MN: School Car Donation Program. Get involved with Auto Technical’s We’ve Got Character car donation effort. A community citizenship program.

Are you with a Minnesota (MN) school, classroom or club? Looking to participate in community citizenship efforts to help your students build character? Get involved today with our We’ve Got Character School Car Donation Program.

Designed to help young people exercise community citizenship, this program offers referral incentives to groups who send car donations our way. Because demand is so high for car donations in our area, Auto Technical has a waitlist of worthy individuals to receive refurbished vehicles. Your students can really make a difference.

What’s in it for your organization?

In exchange for cars, trucks or vans donated to us thanks to a referral by your students, Auto Technical will give your school, class or club a cash bonus to support a financial goal—such as the purchase of new uniforms, athletic equipment, an educational field trip, band instruments or arts and theater expenses.

The personal rewards of helping someone receive a car of their own are immense. Our refurbished vehicles help individuals get to and from work, visit sick or elderly family members and take their children to places they might not otherwise have the chance to see or experience. Over the years, we have received countless letters of gratitude by those whose lives we’ve changed thanks to donated cars.

About Auto Technical

Auto Technical, Inc. is a St. Paul-based non-profit organization, which has accepted car donations since 1994. Our mission is to refurbish donated vehicles into top condition and provide them to those dealing with job loss and economic hardship as well as survivors of domestic violence and even torture. Recipients of our vehicles have experienced further setbacks due to lack of reliable transportation. We’re grateful to serve these communities thanks to our partnerships with LifeTrack Resources, The Center for Victims of Torture, Tubman and the Minnesota Workforce Center.
